Invite up to 5 people you have worked with
Former managers, peers, people who reported to you and clients. You choose who. Nobody else is contacted.
They answer in their own words
Each one gets a private link to a short questionnaire: where you excel, where you could grow and whether they would work with you again. It takes about 5 minutes. The link works for 30 days. We remind them on day 3 and day 7.
Three answers make your report
You read every word and cannot edit any of it. The short summary at the top is written with AI from their words. You can include up to 5 references. A report is valid for 12 months. If fewer than three people respond, no report is made.
How you send it
- A private link. A recruiter confirms a work email to open it. You see who viewed it.
- A PDF with a QR code that opens the live report.
- A card for LinkedIn.
- Resume Pro Max: your resume and your report in one file.
- A message we draft for you to send from your own email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
Good to know
A referee can withdraw
One click and a confirm, from a link shown after they submit and in their confirmation email.
Recruiters see roles
A name shows only if that referee chose to be named. You always know who wrote what.
It is not a background check
We check that each reference came from the email address you gave and look for signs of misuse. We do not verify identity documents or employment records.
